On that day, the CEO and two department heads jointly unveiled the Red Silk from the "Quality Inspection Center". This also means the Quality Inspection Center will officially begin to undertake inspection tasks of finished products and raw materials.

1. Introduction of the Quality Inspection Center

The quality inspection center is located on the second floor of the headquarters. It covers an area of about 1,200 square meters and is equipped with 23 professional testing functional areas. It has domestic and foreign advanced testing equipment and can carry out more than 1,100 testing projects, covering Inspection of various finished products and raw material types such as beds, tables, chairs, coffee tables, wooden cabinets, sofas, mattresses, home textile products, leather, sponges, boards, adhesives, hardware, etc.

The Quality Inspection Center forms its own inspection system and management mechanism by realizing the full life cycle process inspection of products from raw materials to finished products, and builds a powerful "firewall" for product quality! The establishment of the Quality Inspection Center has enabled LINSY to achieve a substantial leap in product quality monitoring, market development, R&D quality improvement, cost control, and supplier quality supervision.

2. Quality inspection scope and inspection submission process

One-stop inspection of raw materials-finished products-packaging and transportation! The current testing scope includes four major aspects: physical and chemical testing of raw materials, mechanical and durability testing of finished products, hazardous substance limits, and transportation packaging testing.

The inspection submission process is sample reception-sample preparation-test implementation-result evaluation-result review-test report output. If the product is qualified, a closed loop will be formed directly; if it is not qualified, the quality inspection center will analyze it, and find out the reasons and make improvements.

3. Values and Benefits of Quality Inspection

In the short term, we will build a testing center, carry out internal testing business, obtain CNAS recognition, and improve the testing center's capabilities; In the long term, we will improve testing capabilities and credibility, increase monitoring intensity and coverage, and prevent quality risks in advance.
